Burnsview Baptist Church is a warm, Bible-believing congregation located in Greer, South Carolina. For over seventy years, we have been a place where lives are transformed, families are strengthened, and Christ is exalted.

Our mission is simple yet profound: to know Christ and make Him known. Everything we do — our worship, our ministries, our outreach — flows from this central calling rooted in the Great Commission.

Our Heritage

A Faithful Legacy

Burnsview Baptist Church was founded over seven decades ago by a small group of faithful believers who believed God was calling a new congregation to serve the Greer community.

Through the years, the church has grown and evolved, always remaining anchored to its commitment to gospel-centered ministry, expository preaching, and authentic community. Generations of families have been baptized, married, discipled, and commissioned for service from within these walls.

In 2002, Pastor Tim Huckaby became senior pastor and has led the church through a season of spiritual renewal and growth. Under his faithful leadership, Burnsview has expanded its ministries, strengthened its outreach, and deepened its roots in the community.

Today, Burnsview Baptist Church continues to be a beacon of hope in Greer, SC — a place where the old story of God's redeeming love is told with fresh passion and lived out in daily life.
